Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively.​ Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time, as well as no-show appointments, will incur a charge of 100% of the service amount.​ For appointments scheduled within 24 hours of the service time, cancellations or modifications should be made at least 4 hours prior to avoid a 100% service charge.​ Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling your service. If we do not hear from you 15 minutes into your scheduled appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and the full service amount will be charged.​ No Pets, Children, or Guests: For safety and hygiene reasons, pets, children and guests are NOT allowed. Taking photographs or videos within the clinic is prohibited without prior consent from our staff.​ The use of alcohol or tobacco, or possession of drugs, including smoking and vaping, is strictly prohibited within the clinic premises.​ If you arrive before your scheduled appointment time, please wait outside the clinic to avoid disrupting ongoing sessions. We appreciate your understanding, regardless of weather conditions.​ All discount packages or voucher coupons must be used within 90 days from the date of purchase or redemption. Failure to adhere to this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the discount or voucher.​ We reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, violating clinic policies, or presenting contraindications to treatments.
